Following on from our Equine Health & Emergency First Aid class, the Advanced class prepares you to deal with more serious situations while awaiting advanced veterinary care. Hands-on emergency scenarios provide an opportunity to put skills into practice. Additional topics include risk assessments, horses’ suitability for work, body condition scoring, conformation and overall health. Combining classroom presentations with hands-on, practical skills sessions, the class provides a fun and informative learning experience. All attendees receive a Certificate of Completion and an Advanced Equine First Aid manual. All class supplies are provided, as are snacks and drinks.
