Join us at the beautiful Brazos Bluffs Ranch LLC for a relaxing trail ride to the training venue and back on the Brazos River. This course is a one day highly advanced equine emergency first aid course where you will learn what to do in extreme emergency situations. Covers everything from lacerations to burns to fractures, sucking chest wounds and more. This course will prepare you for handling those serious injuries until your vet or help arrives. We will also cover how to prepare for those remote wilderness rides so if something does happen you will be ready to respond with confidence. All attendees receive a manual and certificate of completion. Lunch is included.
(Equine Health & Emergency First Aid is a pre-requisite prior to attending the Advanced class).
If interested, you may also sign up for a 30 minute trail ride to the training site on the beautiful Brazos River and a return ride when the course is over.
The instructor for this class is Karen Clark. The cost is $159/student.
